Thanks again for the many diverse comments regarding LW-DXing awards, which
are appreciated. Please feel free to continue comments and suggestions for the
new program, which will all be taken into account.
Temporarily our family will be taking a short vacation to Seaside, OR,
where Internet access will be uncertain (but hopefully access to DU-DX will be
far more certain!). Please forgive any delayed responses to list messages.
The plan is to take two 7.5" MW loopstick PL-380's, a 7.5" LW plug-in
loopstick PL-380, a 3' portable PVC loop, a modified ICF-2010 (19.5"
loopstick), and several MP3 recorders. Depending upon propagation luck, this
modest equipment may track down a few Aussies and Kiwis, not to mention
more exotic fare like Tonga and Fiji :-) Stay cool, guys!
